Warranty Policy

  • Lithaco’s warranty policy is up to 25 years because we believe in the service products we offer
  • In addition to maintenance policy of 1 No 2 in Vietnam: “Maintenance 3 months/time in 10 years” has affirmed the quality that Lithaco brings to its customers
  • In 10 years if the customer has moved accommodation, replacing roofing, then LITHACO will remove the system free (apply 1 disassembly)

Lithaco is committed to:

  • Always accompany with customers almost lifetime solar power system.
  • Any questions, system problems will be processed promptly within 48h immediately upon receipt of information from the customer

Inverter Warranty: 10-year
NLMT Batteries Warranty Capacity above 80 (battery life):
